ASANA Voices was founded in 2020 to address the various gaps between the South Asian community in North America and the institutions that serve us.

South Asians are consistently ranked among the highest on FBI's discrimination and hate crime lists post 9/11.
South Asians are one of the least represented groups in politics.
South Asians are the second-largest immigrant group and fastest growing diaspora in both the US and Canada.
